The American Foundation for Civil Liberties & Freedom (AFCLF.Org) is a transpartisan, people-powered (unity oriented) Civil Liberties Non-Profit focused on the top issues on the minds of the public today, such as Election Integrity, BigTech Censorship, Cancel Culture, Forced Vaccinations, and Systemic Racism like Critical Race Theory, Coke’s “Be Less White” campaign, etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate social media intern to come aboard, grow with us, who is passionate about the issues, believes in the mission, is great at writing, communicating, getting people involved, and creativity online. This position will have professional mentoring and immense support from legal, consulting, professional growth opportunity, mentoring, leadership support, and most of all, gratitude from the people who will be standing beside you in the fight!


  • Schedule weekly content in the social media scheduling tool
  • Coordinate ongoing image requests with the design team
  • Learn and familiarize yourself with AFCLF
  • Implement revisions quickly and provide project files as needed
  • Work with the AFCLF team on social media coverage of events
  • Produce accurate, concise, clear, well-reasoned and well-argued content
  • Internet research to find and engage with social media communications
  • Work with the Social Media Lead to create and implement campaigns
  • Remain up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media


The ideal candidate will be highly organized, entrepreneurial, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and attentive to detail. Applicants are expected to have excellent written and oral communication knowledge of Microsoft Office in addition to:
